I find a couple of wording issues, but I love the way the card works. The problem with 1 mana 20/20 is if the player gets past it, they win. This has no holes, and considering the abilities, it is very balanced.

I find this very powerful and expensive, but the positive thing is that it would probably not be used in a ramp deck because it's not green, so the mana cost will be harder to get past.

I find it very true by @Ningyounk that is pretty much impossible to count the cards at any time, so that's one thing. However, that is the only flaw. It is very powerful, and can be easily used in mill or sultai control, giving you more graveyard cards. But if you are out of options and your mill deck needs defense, poof, it is on the field. But that would be late game, so it wouldn't be that OP anymore, so you do see the point...
