March of The Heroes --Help Wanted
So, I am working on a custom set called March of The Heroes, (MoTH for short), and as I as working on my cards, I realized 2 important things:
1. I would never have enough ideas for a whole set.
2. Even if I did ever have enough ideas or a whole set, I could never find enough pictures.
So after much deliberation, I'm going to put the power in the community's hands. I will both post ideas for cards without art (in general and specific formats), art without a card, and sometimes a mixuture of both. Anyone who wishes to contribute can add art to a card without it, add a card to a piece of art that needs it, or add their own unfinished cards or unused art. Once a card is finished, contributers can comment, the card can be tweaked, and the fnal product added to another discussion that I will add compiling all of the cards in the set from all contributors, which can be found here:

The new concepts/abilities for this set so far are:
Runic: Each Rune token you sacrifice while casting this spell pays for {1}.
Rune Tokens: http://mtgcardsmith.com/view/rune-8
Bond: During your end step, if this creature doesn't have a bond, choose a different creature you control. It becomes this creature's bond until it leaves the battlefield. If you cannot, sacrifice this creature.
Stall: Target creature cannot attack or block this turn.
Mana Tokens: http://mtgcardsmith.com/view/mana-token-c?list=user (as an example)
Ether Tokens: http://mtgcardsmith.com/view/ether-token?list=user Please note that Ether tokens are like energy tokens. They just have to have a supertype.
New Card Subtypes:
Heroian, Primalist, Mentality, Mage, Scholar, Rune, Dabbler, Shadow
If you want to see the flavor and get an idea of what the cards might need to look like, visit my profile, go to my sets, and open March of The Heroes. Fell free to develop more concepts, Subtypes, abilities, and the like!
EDIT: Added the link to the new discussion! Also, I moved this from Custom Card Set to Custom Card Discussion.

Let me suggest that his art department is in need of assistance!

so that MoTH may be as vibrant as possible
A thank you to both of you!
Depressingly low amount of things that create Runes, so I made one.
EDIT: I forgot to make it mythic rare. If you are going to recreate this card, pls make it mythic rare.
(I've updated the Rune token to use appropriate wording.)
P.S. @BobSmob, Colossus isn't any common, not by a long shot.

Mythic seems reasonable.
Oh hey look, I did it correctly.
Anyway, If you have bad guys in your set, this should be on of them.
Correct wording for what you're doing is this:
"Whenever a creature dealt damage by Consumer of Life this turn dies, then..."
Creature's don't destroy other creatures ( with a few exceptions - http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Card/Details.aspx?multiverseid=236464 )
It does deal damage, in the form of -1/-1 counters. That's exactly what Wither says.
http://mtgcardsmith.com/view/bleeding-moon-rune
Reword the card like this:
Bleeding Moon Rune enters the battlefield with 3 charge counters on it.
During your upkeep, you may remove 1 charge counter from Bleeding Moon Rune to add 1 mana of any color or 2 colorless mana to your mana pool.
Lose two life: put a charge conter on Bleeding Moon Rune.
If Bleeding Moon Rune has no charge counters on it, sacrifice it and gain 6 life.
This way, what the card does is clearer. Also, since it is a rune, I would suggest giving it runic. I love the mechanic though, and we definitely need more rune cards!
Just to throw it out there, there are actually 7 different kinds of rune tokens, one for each color (Incuding colorless) and one that can be any color of mana. So Consumer of Life might want to specify what type of mana token it provides. Also, I love the colossus. The rune tokens were definitely something that needed to be expanded on.
Thanks so much for the art! I'm thinking about have several rune tokens, since I now have three different arts for it.
Mistake in Casting
3c (Possibly more? And yes, it is supposed to be colorless.)
Counter target Instant, Sorcery, or Enchantment. The caster of target spell may pay two life to draw a card.
Thanks for redoing the rune card! I redid the original, and I'll use all three, since @Tutaschk also added art for the rune card. I also like Sigiled Resistance. Reminds me a bit of Awe Strike, but more powerful and with an ability that goes with the set.
