Who is the no.1 MTG Cardsmith??
This is the info page for the BIGGEST multi stage competition in MTG CARDSMITH HISTORY. The number of stages will depend on the number of entries. This is how things will work.
After every stage, 25% of the entries will be cut and the rest will move onto the next stage. Each stage will be based around a different card type or will have different qualifications that all comply with MTG. This will continue to happen until we are down to our top 10, where one last challenge will be given to declare the ultimate MTG Cardsmith.
In terms of PRIZES, they will be well worth it, HOWEVER, they will only be revealed at the top 10 stage.
General Rules for all stages.
1. All cards must be MTG eligible
2. A max of 3 entries per person per stage
3. For this contest to work, a min of 20 individual entries (E.g. 20 people) must enter in order to have a reasonable competition. If this doesn't happen then this competition will be taken as a singular comp and results and rewards will be posted after.
4. For each of the stages (excluding the first one), there will be a 2 week deadline for those who are fortunate enough to make it to those future stages. Anyone who fails to have their entries in by this deadline, will forfeit there spot in the competition.
5. A MAX OF 50 ENTRIES.
The point of this post is to get early interests. Please comment on this post if you would like to be part of this competition and come Monday 19th Sept, I will comment your name in the post that has the details for the first stage of the competition so that you are well aware of the competition starting and will secure your spot as well.
Thanks and I look really forward to this.

Seriously though I won't compete, I got no time
You should see if you can get mtgcardsmith to sponsor this.
I may be interested, but for now, I'm trying to get a set finished, and for some odd reason every time I work on it I end up quitting one card in.
XD
@Faiths_Guide, unfortunetly I was not on MTG Cardsmith at the time of the Circuit Challenge. You might just have to prove how good you are again.
The "Prize" contest that we are hosting right now, is meant to be a fun way to drum up support for the site that we love so much. The more people who support the site, the more upgrades and improvements they can make. Larger servers, removal of ads, hiring designers... these things bring more card frames, more options, more improvements for everyone. Having the folks at MTGCardsmith pay for prizes slows those things down, so we volunteered to do it on our own.
It is always the responsibility of the host of a challenge to come up with their own reward system. Favorites, Points, Bragging Rights, Trophies and now the Hall of Fame are all free and available for all to use, within reason.... offering 50 favorites is a bit too much, since that defeats the purpose of the whole favorites system. People have worked hard to earn their favorites and to just give them away like they were nothing disrespects those people who have scratched and clawed for every favorite they've ever gotten.
The best way to get people to enter a challenge is to make sure it's fun. Put some effort into it and make sure you follow up with it. If you want to pay for prizes, you can, but they really aren't necessary.
