Create a Card That Supports Planeswalkers! (ENDED)
For this contest, you need to make a card that supports planeswalkers. It can be letting them activate their abilities more often, giving them more loyalty counters, etc. This needs to be something that directly supports planeswalkers, not something that just happens to say "whenever a creature deals combat damage to you or a planeswalker you control".
Other Rules:
1. You are allowed to change your card any amount before the contest ends
2. You can only use an original card that you made.
3. Max number of entries is three.
I will be judging you based on:
- Balance
- Creativity
- Templating (including spelling, grammar, punctuation and spacing)
- Art selection (using existing MtG art is strongly discouraged)
- Flavor (Not flavor text, just how well the abilities fit with the art and name)
Rewards:
1st: I will follow you, favorite 5 cards of your choice, and you get to choose an honorable mention.
2nd: I will follow you and favorite 3 cards of your choice.
3rd: I will follow you and favorite 2 card of your choice
Honorable Mention(s): I will favorite 2 cards of your choice
I will be judging on October 5th, 2016. (14 days from when this contest was created)

I made these before the contest started.
@LyndonF's Kothoped's Pact: This card is a giant wall of text, but it's a giant wall of text that I really like. It seems like there's a way to break it, but i haven't found one yet. Oh, and typically, enchantments don't have tap abilities.
@TheFriendlyGeek 's Cards: I have grouped these all into one review, since my review is pretty short for each of them. They are all short, powerful, and straight to the point. The Archives of the Planeswalker seems a little overpowered, but not too much, so that's fine. Planar Academy is honestly a perfect amount of power, since you can only spend the mana on planeswalkers. Planeswalk, though, is very good. I feel like it's too good. You should always imagine what would happen if someone got two of these in their hand. In this case, they would play a planeswalker, then use it's final ability next turn. Pretty overpowered if you ask me. But I really like the way all of these cards play. Also, you get bonus points for perfect templating.
I think it's decent
@Kozikulamog's Planar Dreams: I like the card, It's just worded wrong. I feel like it's very fair, and pretty interesting.
I love oaths. I play a General Tazri Super Friends and Allies in edh, and the only noncreature, nonplaneswalker spells in the deck are either a planeswalker oath, Call the Gatewatch, or Deploy the Gatewatch. (I know I need a copy of Doubling Season, but that's mad expensive right now).
Anyways, I love oaths because they have the ETB ability that is just a normal spell, plus some interaction with planeswalkers. The two planeswalker oaths I chose to submit protect your walkers; one makes all of them hexproof, so no more burn, no more anguished unmaking, no more planeswalkers one shotting your walkers (I'm looking at you Garruk and Bolas and Vraska). The other prevents damage. Combined, the two make your planeswalkers practically invincible.
Now, add the third oath, which is a planeswalker oath but not a technical walker oath, and suddenly you are invincible playing super friends. No one can target your walkers, only one creature can attack a walker each turn, and you prevent all but 1 of that damage. Basically the only thing that can hurt your walkers are board wipes.
I hope these qualify
this may be too op

In case anyone is confused, here's an example. You can activate a -5 ability even if the enchanted Planeswalker has only 3 loyalty counters, but then a different player gains control of it with 2 loyalty counters.
