@Corwinnn It’s for some of the sneakier red and green creatures, it was inspired by the Slizt clan of Gruul viashino. Those seem neither gruul nor sneaky. Sorry, I should have elaborated, and I know I’m not offering anything.
With the new name, I was able to make a gruul viashino like I wanted... meet Rubblebelt Strategist! It utilizes the gruul theme of not liking small creatures. Thanks, guys!

I don't see why this couldn't be on something other than a creature but the way I worded it is based on it being on a creature. I'm sure the wording itself could also be better but it's the best my brother and I could do at this point in time. Here's the first, and currently only, card I've made with it on it.
RandomFandom I think it kinda depends on what your idea is for that ability. If the idea is that you have used all of your mana to cast spells and you can't cast any more until your next turn, maybe something like Exhausted or Fatigued. Or if the idea is that you have drawn all of the possible mana from your lands, maybe something like drained might work?
