Prerelease Cards
I generally don't run so many contests at the same time, but I've got this amazing idea and I want to make this a contest before Commander 2016 fully comes out.
So, I want you to make a prerelease card, as a prerelease (the first card spoiled) for an imaginary set.
All prerelease cards have these in common:
-They are rare.
-They bear the name of a planeswalker. (An idea like Kiora's Blessing or something.)
-They are non-legendary.
-They bear a new mechanic.
-They use a new set symbol.
The due date is whenever Commander 2016 fully comes out.
Prize: Placement on the December Special Pro-Team contest.

2nd Place: @Fatcat23476. Your card wasn't that great by itself in terms of balance (it was a bit underpowered), but it was great in terms of how it reflected the hate and revenge in Garruk. Nice card.
1st Place: @IanLowenthal. Your card was nice in terms of art flavor, but most of all, it reflected the imaginary lore of hate and war. Great card.
