  This is the very first card I favorited and the first card I saw when I learned about MTGCardsmith.

  I liked it for its reusability and because one of the beneficial things for ramp is when your ramp cards can actually do something better than provide you with a single mana each turn.

  First off, though I appreciate the sentiment @TheFriendlyGeek, I don't claim to "REALLY know what a good card looks like" and that isn't how I favorite the very small number of cards I do (seriously, go check out some of those 31).
  
  In actuality, I only ever favorite cards that have won something in a prize from a contest I (co)hosted. I think the only exception to that was @Corwinnn's Night Terror since we were co-hosting the contest and that was his submission.
  
  But yes, my favorites "really mean something". XD
  At least they are super-rare making, those that have them special... except @Corwinnn, but he's already special.

  I rarely favorite cards. More than @Faiths_Guide but I only favorite cards I think are extremely funny or that I would actually use them in a real game.
