@TrippleBoggey3, Does the multicolor card take up one of the "rarity spots?" Like if we made our multicolor an uncommon, we can only have 7 more uncommons?
Currently there are:
1 Mythic
3 Rares
5 Uncommons
8 Commons
1 Land
1 Planeswalker
0 Multicolor (didn't really want this anywho...)

Me - made a couple of cards. The main thing I did was remaking all our stuff tho.
@Death_Methods - Made loads of cards! Whoot! He also suggested the 'Greedy Goblins' theme.
@JAM - Didn't actually make any, but came up with loads of ideas that Death-Methods turned into cards.
@Dashdo101 - Made a couple of cards.
@Lujikul - Didn't make that many, but was very helpful with giving feedback and critiquing other people's ideas.
Also, @therussian58 - how was your 'Russian elf' idea going to work? Doesn't sound very 'magic-y' if you don't mind me saying...

So why are you calling your set fully finished when you only hit 24 cards?

Well, we made 12 commons, 8 uncommons, 3 rares and 1 mythic. 12 + 8 +3 + 1 = 24.
Your method of counting is excluding the planeswalker, the land and the multicolor from rarity At your rate, you will have too many of some rarities.
@TrippleBoggey3 has gone away and I'm now in charge tho, and so I decree that either way is fine - including or excluding the land + planeswalker + multicolor.
Haha! So you counted some categories into others?
HUMANS: Didn't finish, but have a cobbled together set.
MERFOLK: They have a set here but it is unfinished and hasn't been submitted.
ZOMBIES: Submitted
GOBLINS: Submitted
ELVES: Submitted, but with too many cards.
It's gone past Wednesday night At least where I live so I think this thing is finished. You can vote for Humans, Zombies, Goblins or Elves (and their extra cards).
Elves have too many cards, so @Unicornsareevil13579 , do you mind removing 4? ty.
