Commander 2017, Anyone?

Now that C16 has been fully done and dusted, I feel like everyone can stop getting so hyped about it. So what can you guys and gals get hyped about? COMMANDER 2017! That's right, no sooner has a set been made, I am thinking about another set, even though it's not happening until a LOOONG time.

"What will the decks be like, and what colors will they be?" I hear you ask, but have no fear. What they'll be like is entirely up to you. The color combinations for commanders are:

- Monocolor EDH decks (DONE! DON'T MAKE THESE!)
- Two color enemy pairs (e.g. W/R, W/B, U/G...) (DONE! DON'T MAKE THESE!)
- Two color allied pairs (e.g W/U, U/B, G/R...) (You may make a two color allied pair commander.)
- Three-color enemy groups (e.g. W/U/R, G/U/B...) (DONE! DON'T MAKE THESE!)
- Three-color allied groups (e.g. R/G/B, U/W/G...) (DONE! DON'T MAKE THESE!)
- Four-color groups (DONE! DON'T MAKE THESE!)
- Five color (?) (You may make a five-color commander for this challenge.)
- Colorless (?) (You may make a colorless commander.)

Now as you can see, the only colored commander decks that have not been made are colorless, five-colored and the two colored ally pairs. So, either make a colorless, five-colored or two-colored ally commander, geared for multiplayer play!

Example:

Rules ( PLEASE READ!!! ) (I'll be quick):
- Make either a two-color ally paired, a colorless or five color commander.
- Can be old cards.
- An entry for each possible deck (allied two-colored, colorless, five colored.) max.
- The commanders must be correctly worded, not broken, realistic and geared for multiplayer play.
- You can also make cards that support the commander - I will add extra ratings for this.
- Ends in two - three weeks' time.

I will be judging on:

Flavor
Balance
Formatting/Wording
Art
Originality
Multiplayer-ness

Prizes:

1st place: 5 favorites, a follow, trophy and added to Hall of Fame.
2nd place: Same, but only 4 favorites,
3rd place: Same but only 3 favorites.

A favorite.

No criticism intended, but Juleva, Shardsummoner's name (Juleva) sounds very similar to Jelena, Nephalia's Scourge (from Commander 2013). http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Card/Details.aspx?multiverseid=376382

And also, does Burgeon double the number of each kind of counter on the permanent? That seems a little overpowered. If you meant it to be put one counter of a type already on it on it, that is an underpowered version of the keyword Proliferate.

@Tomble123 It does sound a *BIT* similar, but who cares.

And please give feedback on Disqus rather than in a forum. If you read it, you can see it doubles the amount of each counter. It is rather OP, and needs work, but I think it's okay, considering it will only be in these theoretical EDH decks I'm creating. Thanks for the feedback!

Coloured Eldrazi commander. Hes meant to be a commander.

Hes a bit op yeah. But basically when you cast him you can sac him and then re-cast him for 1 mana and you get to search for an eldrazi, plus he becomes a 3/3 - but he entirely needs a good deck to run on.
