@jazipa Sorry it's late, got family arrangements currently so its been hard to get online.
The grey, seemingly dying plane of Llanufae is a land torn apart by broken promises, unstable governments, and changing cultures. There is talk of a tribe of necromancers in the forests lining the coasts of the entire continent, trying to raise an army of abominations unlike any other undead ever seen before (Called the Mannae), to take every city in the land. The clan most at risk of their wrath are the honour-bound Humaido clan, traditional warriors of Samurai teachings. The main governing body of Llanufae is the Sentinel government, an organisation comprised exclusively of humans, and the tensions with the elven clans dotted throughout the plane only make things worse, as their numbers far surpass that of the human's, but their skill and equipment is what cause the stalemate. Finally, the Holy Knights of Jemynno Crosswind are the strongest force in the land, and whichever clan that is allied with them could rule the entire plane, yet, they serve only one leader. If said leader could be convinced, then one of the clans would be able to take the entire plane.
Hope this is good enough. A tad more rushed than it needed to be, but meh.
5 tribes, each with their on skills and leaders, determined destroy everything that is not theirs. The world is dying, and planeswalker, Nicol Bolas knows it. If the tribes can't work together, the plane is lost. Soon, Nicol Bolas is launching the attack, and the tribes don't know what to do. But somehow, a mysterious figure, brings the tribes into peace. He calls himself Qty, and with this mysterious figure comes more dangerous enemies then Nicol Bolas himself. The planes only hope is to reach the Forbidden Gate, but there's one problem: they don't know where it is.
The tribes: -Gret, color: green, species: dryads, humans, goblins The Gret live in the forest of Ythqwop, slowly building an army in the trees, waiting for the perfect moment to destroy all of the other tribes in a flash. To defend themselves, they make the forest come alive, making even the smallest seed turn into a lethal weapon.
Leader: Warso, the Un-walker: Warso was always supposed to be the leader of the Gret. Everyone knew the moment he was born. They weren't one-hundred percent sure, but something about him felt... different. By the time he was three, his mother found out that he was much more powerful than even Zomq, the great elementilist. Then, the day after his sixth birthday, his mother was killed by a Nitilis spy. It was the morning after, when he heard the news, his spark ignited. The only problem was, that no one in the history of Gret knew what a planeswalker was. Now Warso is the leader of the Gret, with half of himself missing.
-Nitilis, color: black, species: humans, demons?, spiders No one knows where the Nitilis really live. They are sent on mission as soon as they when they can walk. When their not on missions their training. Training by cracking dummies necks, practicing their stealth and shooting darts. This tribe is not to messed with. They say their leader is darkness himself...
Leader: Oh-dve the Eternal Darkness Oh-dve was around was here when the plane was created. No one knows how he is alive all these years. Legend has it that the Nitilis have actually never seen him.
-Morgen, color: red, species: goblins, dragons The Morgen pray to the volcano that lives in the heart of their base. This tribe actually drinks the lava from this volcano (which they call Morg). Then, with fire in their souls, they lay waste to everything around them.
Leader: Reftiop, Soul of Morg Reftiop once was a Gret, but he was to drawn to power and became something... else. With his elemental strength he made Morg, the volcano that never sleeps. Soon, other power-drawn Gret joined him. No they are their own tribe, but Reftiop still has some Gret in him...
-Sha-ver, color: blue, species: merfolf, leviathans, krakens, whales, serpents/ dragons The Sha-ver lurk in the depths of Drety (Lorinthrals Ocean), harnessing the power of the leviathans, krakens and other sea creatures that lurk below. Like the Gret, they wait for the perfect moment to strike, constantly making tunnels to other tribes water sources, to surprise them with a powerful leviathan or something like that.
Leader: Iloria, Sister of the Wave Iloria was separated from her sister, Kiora at birth. She has no memory of this and leads the Sha-ver proudly.
-Bnyope, color: white, species: humans, angels The humans in this tribe have a life like this: -Wake up, eat -Morning prayer to the angels -Battle Training -Afternoon prayer to the sun -Eat -Battle Training -Evening prayer to the sun and angels
Leader: Piso, Priest of the Sun Piso is not a fighter. Instead he brings down the angels in times of need and blesses all his tribe with the gift of the sun. He always makes sure everybody gets a proper funeral, and that no one is ever left hurt and alone.
Introduction Khari was once a lush world, but it is now a wasteland of mostly desert. It has not rained in hundreds of years. All of the major freshwater sources on the world have dried up, and the seas are receding fast.
Landscape Most of Khari is covered by a giant desert which are the remnants of ancient forests. Parts of the world still have small oasises, resembling scrub forests, where ground water has allowed plants to continue to grow. The land around the desert is a giant ocean, although it has been drying up in the drought.
Species
Humans There are many species on Khari. The first are the humans. Humans are nearly extinct, and only exist in scattered villages thruot the world. The key exception is the remainder of the order of Merav, a group who worships the angel Merav.
Sprits and Skeletons The spirits and skeletons of dead humans. Not much more to add.
Homarids Homarids are the most powerful race remaining on Khari. Until somewhat recently, the drought had no effect on their underwater cities. However, when the city of Jaffa was brought above the surface, the Homarids were forced to open their eyes to the drought. That was almost ten years ago, and Homarids have since been driven deeper and deeper into the receding seas. It is becoming apparent that the Homarids will have to adapt to life above the seas, but the question is, how?
Thundersands Thundersands are the remainder of the ancient Stormlings, the embodiment of storms. Stormlings used to live within the great rain storms before the drought, but have since been banished to live in the deserts. Thundersands are Stormlings who have replaced large portions of their cloud bodies with sand, hence avoiding evaporation.
Wurms Wurms were once jungle creatures, eeking out a harsh lifestyle amongst huge jungles. When the drought started, some Wurms started tunneling underground. They were treated to a feast of forest detritus and have since grown to a huge size.
Bidoofs The Bidoof were once water creatures, building dams in flowing rivers using trees felled using their large buck teeth. When the drought started, many Bidoof were able to survive off of the moisture in plants. Bidoof shamans have discovered a spell that can stop small amounts of fresh water from drying up. This has allowed the Bidoof to create secret grottos throught the world, where they continue to practice their shamanic magic.
Mythos: The Angel Merav It is said that Merav created Khari. No one knows where she came from or why, but she is revered for her power to create life. She is worshiped as a god amongst the humans. Many humans believe that the drought is Merav’s punishment for something, but nobody knows exactly what.
Mythos: The Demon Trumpus Trumpus is an ancient Demon who was said to have been banished to a cell 5,000 miles beneath the surface of the great volcano Ishai-Ka by Merav. He is believed to torment the souls of the wicked.
Mythos: Homarid Gods The Homarids have their own pantheon of gods. They are Nekaa, Lord of the shifting tides. Laniwae, Master of the pulsating waves. Rafikee, Lifebringer. And finally, Kewai, Deathbringer. Rafikee and Kewai seem to resemble Merav and Trumpus somewhat.
Mythos: Ohnohoi, The Sacred Fire In Bidoof mythology, Ohnohoi was the spirit of a firebird and is said to be the creator of the Bidoof race. Ohnohoi once did battle with an ancient demon (similar to Trumpus).
@KrampisZman I would prefer if you wouldn't use things from pokemon like Ho-Oh and Bidoof. If you could, could you replace them with a seperate race and creature?
@Jazipa I can rename the Bidoof god although I am not changing Bidoof. While Bidoof may originate from pokémon, I potray them differently than anyone else. My Bidoof are almost completely different from the ones in pokémon. Trust me, you will like what I do with them
A revolutionary discovery has rocked the mana-abundant world of Akora. Miners and scientists of the Conduit, a vast organization that both researches and rules over the land, have uncovered a new kind of mineral under the active volcano Valami. Dubbed "Soulstone", the unstable material contains the spiritual essence of life itself. Frequent testings have revealed that Soulstone can both heal and wither living flesh sporadically. It could also rapidly grow, or instantly destroy materials unexpectedly. Soulstone also could sap the power out of objects and channel it to its owner's whim. And most importantly, in rare instances, Soulstone can help create the fabled "spark" that powers planeswalkers. By use of an excruciatingly painful and risky process, scientists can transmute Soulstone into a spiritual form, which then can be forced into a subject's soul, granting them the spark of a planeswalker.
Stunned by their discovery, scientists of the Conduit eventually began to disagree on how to implement their discovery, Tensions grew, and the Conduit eventually split into five factions, each with their own vision of using the Soulstone. Most of the plane is locked in a war over the Soulstone, with the common citizens forced to choose sides. Even more worrying is the potential of Soulstone to harm other planes. Amid the war, genuine planeswalkers are battling to ensure that the fabricated "planeswalkers" never escape the plane and start a multiverse-wide crisis. But time is running out for Dack Fayden and Ajani Goldmane, and the fate of the planes beyond may never be the same.
Factions:
The Dendrai Circuit
Explorers and experimenters, the Dendrai Circuit use their Soulstone to drain their foes and to fuel their monstrous creations. This powerful organization specialize in black and green mana. More attuned to the wild than the other factions vying for power, the Dendrai respect nature's potential and nothing else; they will do anything for control over the Soulstone mines. The Dendrai Circuit's hierarchy system is constantly in flux, as assassination and betrayal are fair game, but the current leader is a powerful shaman-scientist known as Ghara. She believes that all beings are inhabited by the spirits of their ancestors, and that the previous souls of the former leaders were in fact hers. Ghara looks for a way to control the endless cycle of life and death to her advantage, and Soulstone suits her purposes perfectly.
The Charr Infantry
Rebellious, militaristic, and short-tempered, the Charr Infantry channels the destructive power of the Soulstone to wage endless war on their foes. Previously soldiers of the Conduit, the Charr use primarily red and white mana The Charr specialize in massive war engines that can take down fortresses alone. Members of the other factions theorize that the Charr Infantry use a special serum to enrage members to the point of mindlessness, becoming the perfect weapon. The rigid dictatorship enforced by the Charr Infantry is led by the elemental-god known as Decree Malicious. His tyrannical rule is only held in check by his passion for bloodlust, often engaging pointless battles just to prove his legion's devotion.
The Berenn Sect
Seeking nothing, but perfection, the Berenn Sect study only the healing and creative properties of the Soulstone. Orthodox to a fault, the Berenn Sect channel only green and white in their search for a better world. Formerly healers and leaders, the members of the Sect adore only the beautiful and faultless, and although they appear to have sympathy for the flawed, the Berenn hold a deep hatred of the imperfect. Their inventions are powered only with Soulstone, for it is the only truly "perfect" material in the world. All members of the Berenn Sect bow only to their glorious leader Hallan. A master of healing magic, it is rumored that Hallan has never felt negative emotions, but has seen only the positive in Akora. He believes that Akora and all of its inhabitants owe the Berenn Sect an enormous favor for making it a "better" place.
Oath Eredor
Under the major conflicts of the war that spans Akora, Oath Eredor spreads its influence, slowly but surely. Previously archivists and spies among the Conduit, Oath Eredor uses its mastery of blue and black mana to further their causes. Their mission is to use the life-sapping power of Soulstone to establish complete control over the plane. Their massive network of assassins and sorcerers enable their diabolic plans to run smoothly and without discovery. Because attention could ruin their plans, Oath Eredor gives people who discover their faction two choices: join Oath Eredor and have your previous memories wiped, or die quickly and relatively painlessly. Only Reyad Quent knows the faction's true leader -- himself. A master of diversions, Quent can both wipe memories and put false ones in their place. As the other four factions squabble over petty wars and silly games, Quent watches and waits for the right time to unleash Oath Eredor's true power.
The Iounara System
Perhaps the most dangerous of the five factions, the Iounara System research the nature of the spark, and how to replicate it with the power of Soulstones in its followers. The Iounara System are made up of mages and innovators, utilizing red and blue mana, and are singularly focused in their quest for power. The greatest invention produced yet is the legendary Soul Engine, crafted by the faction leader and visionary Nirra, is a massive contraption that splits the power of the Soulstones into pure elemental havoc. Common byproducts of the Soul Engine are massive bursts of mana, storms of fire and lightning, spasms of revelation that often destroy the minds of others, and elementals that make up the System's primary army. The insane inventor Nirra is set on producing a fail-safe way to implement the planeswalker spark in all of her followers. If she achieves he goal, the multiverse will be her plaything as she spreads the power of the Soulstone to others... and the Multiverse will never be the same.
The World
Much of Akora has been melded by the scientific pursuits of the Conduit and the five factions. Forests are carefully monitored, almost too perfect in every aspect. Plains are the homes of the many laboratories monitored by the five factions. Islands are bustling ports supplying the countless needs of the factions. Swamps are endless mazes of pipeworks, experimental wastes, and death. And mountains are pockmarked by the many mines in search for new resources of Soulstone.
Overall Atmosphere
The world of Akora is overly ambitious and drained. Scientists and inventors scour the plane and plunder its resources for their crazed goals.
Inspiration
I would say that Akora is set in a similar fantasy frame as Mirrodin and Ravnica. It is both medieval and primitive, yet highly sophisticated and advanced.
Phew! That took a while. Hope I pass to the next part!
I hope you don't mind me joining late. I am writing my entry for part 1 and 2.
Introduction
Aphros is an almost complete nature world. The only creatures that live are mostly mono-colored, and are almost primordial, living in harmony, at least in most cases. There are many primordial deities living here.
(Primordial deities are more or less a personification of a trait.)
Aurai
Aurai - Wind Spirits.
The Aurai are wind spirits. They are generally outgoing, but can be shy. They can be considered the most beautiful of all of these creatures. Their like the Naiads, but dislike the Satyrs (Because they're really ugly. And weird.)
They worship the primordial deity, Grace.
Naiads
Naiads - Water Nymphs.
The Naiads are also famous for their beauty, yet they can always be a bit overly joyful, up to a point of cringe. They are known for being very honest too, which does kind of contradict their personality. They really like the horrors (Because only they will actually party.) and dislike Dryads, because they hate having another group competing with them for beauty.
They worship the primordial deity Truth.
Horror
Horrors - Shadowy spirits.
These horrors are not monsters, only spirits. Yet these spirits live in many forms, not just a gassy body. They are surprisingly outgoing, though pretty crazy. They really like Satyrs (Easy to roast - Cause they're dumb. And I mean both meanings of roast.), and really dislike Aurai, because Aurai have too good of a sense of right or wrong.
They worship the primordial deity Secrets.
Satyrs
Satyrs - Half man, half goat, and 100% annoying.
These satyrs are like the male crazy nature spirits. They love to play music, eat and have fun. They really hate Naiads, because they deem them uncivilized (They should meet themselves. It's actually cause they drown while trying to chase after them, but they won't admit it...), and they like the Dryads, which is... Expected.
They worship the primordial deity... They're too uncivilized to worship an actual deity, only the one they call King of Satyrs.
Dryads
Dryads - Nature... Walking Trees.
Dryads are very shy of course, but they have extremely sharp senses and are very kind. They also love music and dance, but only as a group, not alone. They really like the Aurai and hate the Horrors, as horrors disrupt the harmony of nature.
They worship the primordial deity Harmony.
There are also the Myr, which will try to invade later, but that's unimportant.
The Plot
Key Points:
(This story follows another story I'm about to finish.)
1. Silena Nornan, a half - sparked planeswalker arrives on a plane to try and bring back her dead boyfirend, Leon. You'll see how I do the half - sparked thing.
2. The Myr king tries to claim a spot on the plane, and settles there, but receives accusations from other tribes.
3. The Aurai Queen gets assassinated, which is blamed on the horrors.
4. The horrors get invaded by the Myr, which defeat them, and are given their spot as a reward. The last horror to die reveals they didn't do anything.
5. The Myr are suspected and banished, but after they leave, the Naiad queen dies.
6. The satyrs try to integrate with the dryads, who team up and seclude themselves. The Aurai Queen and Naiad Princess team up against the Satyrs and Dryads. The Aurai are driven to near extinction, and the Naiad princess nearly dies, but is saved by the Myr king who returned.
9. They later find out the murderer was Leon's spirit, who was trying to take over the plane, so he could transfer his soul into the plane, as such a pure plane could work.
10. Silena herself kills Leon, fully igniting her spark.
Characters
The Myr King - Alpha A - 1.0.1 - He is very gentle, but can get aggravated. He tries to be nice, and make friends, but he still is mechanical after all. He is important for fighting many battles by himself.
Leon's Spirit - You can already tell most of it by the story, so I won't tell much more, but FYI, he dies in the previous story when Silena tries to save him.
Silena - She is the main character. The story follows her romantic journey, in an attempt to bring back Leon, but after finding his spirit and working together, her hear is broken when she learns of what he has done and kills him herself. His final words were "Silena, this was all for you..."
Conclusion
The story was pretty bad so I might change a bit. I hope you don't mind me entering late.

Part 2 has commenced!
