Just a few hours left for entries, unless anyone feels they need an extension. I know some folks were gone for vacation, so if you want to extend this, now would be the time to speak up!
ART ONE This is going to be tough! There are a lot of really good designs and unexpected directions in here. The Planeswalkers are good, but some slight tweaks would have put them higher on the list. A couple of Honorable Mentions in here. @Animist, @poogle and @Connor2001
3rd Place - Adorned Angel by @DomriKade http://mtgcardsmith.com/view/filigree-angel This one tipped the scales into third by virtue of the flavor. Being "Adorned" played into the artwork, and the "Adornments" could be Artifacts or Enchantments. The "flash/flicker" give it a dual protection/removal potential that can affect the game, without being too overpowered. All in all... a nice card!
2nd Place - Vinewrought Shinguard by @Faiths_Guide http://mtgcardsmith.com/view/vinewrought-shinguard Luckiy Faiths_Guide was able to find something he liked about the artwork provided! :P All joking aside, this was one of the unexpected cards that popped up. A fun little artifact that is inexpensive, effective and not outrageous, with a slight downside. I would expect this would get pulled early in a draft. Another nice card!
1st Place - Adaptive Mutation by @Tomigon http://mtgcardsmith.com/view/adaptative-mutation I had to read this a few times, but then I finally got it. Another one of the unexpected cards that I really liked! Not only is this Simic, through and through, but it took the obvious White and Green feel of the art, and "Mutated" it into something different! I love the interpretation of the artwork and the usefulness of the card, coupled with some really great flavor! Great job!
Current Standings Tomigon - 1 Point Faiths_Guide - 1/2 Point DomriKade - 1/4 Point
ART TWO I picked this art because it would be the most difficult. It's very specific, and I was curious how people would try to design around it. A few of my honorable mentions for this Art were @ShadowKnight1224, @Connor2001 and @Rednaxela.
3rd Place - Tortured Existence by @Faiths_Guide http://mtgcardsmith.com/view/tortured-existence-3 Another nice showing by our reigning Champ. The flavor text felt a bit wonky to me, but I like that once this takes down your opponents creatures, it turns on it's controller!
2nd Place - Blood Crime by @saveria201 http://mtgcardsmith.com/view/blood-crime The thing I liked about this was the lean away from the obvious. Even though I think it might lean more toward B/R the way it's worded, I love that it gives your opponent the ability to keep using it, with the option to use it in a desperate situation, which is rarely a good idea!
1st Place - Suicidal Whisperings by @IanLowenthal http://mtgcardsmith.com/view/suicidal-whisperings What makes this shine is the flavor. It makes a creature so sad and hopeless that they just can't do anything, and if they do, it's essentially just to do themselves in!

ART THREE My personal favorite of the five arts. I have been looking forward to the cards made from this. A few Honorable Mentions... @Gunnarinator, @kltmtg29 and @IanLowenthal.
