I tried to balance them all so that they still felt good, while also being something that Wizards would print. Since they were commons, I balanced them for draft more than constructed, but I think a couple are constructed worthy.

Actually, it's not based on it at all. If it was, lightning bolt would be mythic.
He would be both very playable and more on a common level if he was a 2/2 for {1}}{u} with Prowl {u} (no forecast).
