FINISH... THAT... DECK! (Episode 4) "Bounce Control"

Hello and welcome to the fourth episode of *crowd yelling along* Finish... That... DECK! Today, you will be finishing a Bounce Control deck. There is a deck list below, and there are four cards missing. All you have to do is create one or more cards that can be used to fill that hole. If you create one card, I will treat it like it will be used as a playset. You can create two, and tell me if they're gonna be three and one, or two and two, etc. One set of cards counts as one entry, by the way. In addition to the normal judging criteria, your card(s) will be judged for the usefulness for the deck.

Other Rules:
1. You are allowed to change your card any amount before the contest ends
2. You can only use an original card that you made.
3. Max number of entries is three.
4. No joke cards or uncards.
5. Please have correct MTG language, since I get really bothered by incorrect MTG language.

I will be judging you based on:
- Balance
- Creativity
- Templating (including spelling, grammar, punctuation and spacing)
- Art selection (using existing MtG art is strongly discouraged)
- Flavor (Not flavor text, just how well the abilities fit with the art and name)

Rewards:
1st: I will follow you, favorite 5 cards of your choice, and you get to choose an honorable mention.
2nd: I will follow you and favorite 3 cards of your choice.
3rd: I will follow you and favorite 2 card of your choice
Honorable Mention(s): I will favorite 2 cards of your choice

I will be judging around Febuary 5th, 2017. (14 days from when this contest was created)

Comments

  • I think this is the card that completes the deck. Overall, very strong as a tempo play or as a way to force the agony of choice upon the opponent.

Edit: Forgot to say that this would probably be a 2 of rather than 4. Could attack alongside Sage-Eye Avengers, especially with Warped Devotion out.

Second entry. This would probably be a three of, and I might reduce the number of Blizzard Specters from four to three, if that's allowed. Otherwise it could be a two of alongside the above entry or a four of instead.
  • This deck really needs the basic structure to be rebuilt. Things like vapor snag should be a four of, whereas cards like sage-eye avengers, Cinderhaze Wretch, Dinrova Horror and maybe even blizzard spectre should be replaced with less expensive alternatives. I would add 1 more Unsubstantiate and a full playset of remand to this list was well, along with things like despise, inquisition of kozilek, duress, and thoughtseize. As for new cards, I would think a 3 or four mana creature which could bounce something on ETB would be good for the deck.
  • @KrampisZman
Thanks for the suggestions, this deck was made sorta on the fly! Though the deck is very budget, so the inquisition and thoughtseize can't go in there.
  • Maybe pretend the deck is from right after Conspiracy: Take the Crown came out and add those sweet, sweet 2 Dollar Inquisitions (I should have bought 100 of those, instead I got zero :( )
  • My entry is coming soon...
  • Bounce + Discard + Grave Return. Oh the joy's of Dimir

If you're bouncing stuff, you should be able to ensure they have more cards in hand than you.
