    Madness Aggro

    Ideal Game Style: Use cards like Baleful Harpy, Toil of the Damned and Fiery Ambition to throw away cards with madness like Fiery Awakening, and cards you don;t need, triggering Tibalt's Familiar and fueling Enraged Slaughterer.

    The deck can also use the good old fashioned "burn the opponent's face off" with cards like Piercing Bolt and Cliffrunner.

    4 Tibalt's Familiar
    4 Cliffrunner
    3 Enraged Slaughterer
    2 Ruins Chief

    3 Fiery Awakening
    4 Fiery Ambition
    4 Toil of the Damned
    2 From the Shadows
    2 Burning Insanity
    3 Demonic Plea
    3 Blastflare
    2 Swallowing Dune
    4 Piercing Bolt

    4 Bloodstained Mire
    2 Wooded Foothills
    2 Polluted Delta
    8 Mountain
    4 Swamp

    (I haven't played actual MTG in ages so this deck is probably really bad! XD)

  • Wait...crap...
    Forget the land base, I missed something XD
  • @KJMartin
    Cool! BR is my favorite! Thanks! :D

    @Tomigon Thanks who doesn't love Mill?
  • @HenryTheHatter - The person being milled.
    XD
  • I haven't played mtg for... over a year. I haven't built a deck in over 2 years.

    I think I'll opt out and just watch. Watching these decks made is just as fun as actually making them.

    If I knew the skills of deckbuilding, I'd go for an Orzhov control, which doesn't seem too possible...

    @TrippleBoggey3
    You can just throw a pile of 60 cards at me! You might get points if entries are few.
    There's an interesting WB combo btw!
  • @Tomigon,
    This is my attempt to make a combo-ish deck. It uses some interesting interactions to give us a very powerful engine.

    Mono White 1 CMC Creatures Combo

    Creatures:
    1CMC:
    4 Spire Watcher
    4 Sunhome Cadet
    4 Crow-Tribe Foot Soldier
    4 Lonesome Wanderer

    2CMC:
    4 Angel of the Skyways
    3 Eliza, the Lionheart

    3CMC:
    4 Lerand, Silent Valor

    4CMC:
    4 Honored Cavalry
    2 Beleaguered Justiciar

    7CMC
    1 Dawnstrike Angel

    Noncreature Spells
    4 Ride Ahead

    Land
    4 Flooded Strand
    4 Windswept Heath
    14 Plains (Battle for Zendikar #254)

    Sideboard
    4 Glimmer Serpent
    3 Vengeful Crusader
    4 Admonishing
    2 Divine Purge
    2 Graceful Touch

    This deck revolves around tutoring out our package of utility 1-drop creatures from our deck using Lerand, Silent Valor and Honored Cavalry. We can use Ride Ahead to protect our tutors while still being able to get their triggers.

    Beleaguered Justiciar gives us value from our 1-drops dying, while also providing a large body.

    Angel of the Skyways and Eliza, the Lionheart help us prevent our 1-drops from dying by giving them evasion and/or making them bigger.

    Our 1-drops themselves also serve a purpose.

    Spire Watcher can be grabbed with our Lerand in the late game, and can be kicked to get something huge out of the way.

    Crow-Tribe Foot Soldier can be a trashcan for our extra lands.

    Lonesome Wanderer provides early-game damage and some life gain to offset out fetchlands later on.

    Sunhome Cadet can get fairly large in a short amount of time, and is probably the best tutor target in the deck (Thanks @Animist!).

    While we normally want to go as wide as possible, we can also win using our 1 of Dawnstrike Angel.

    The fetchlands in the deck are only there to help us not draw lands that we don't want.

    Our sideboard focuses on trying to patch up some weaknesses against other decks.

    Glimmer Serpent is useful against other aggro decks because of it's first strike.

    Vengeful Crusader is good against the self-mill style decks and decks running lots of mass removal. It always replaces a mix of Beleaguered Justiciars and Dawnstrike Angel.

    Admonishing is good for removing big, later game threats. We run it in the side rather than the mainboard because it is not good in every matchup.

    Devine Purge can be used to reset the board in a pinch. We normally want to wait until we have Lerand, Silent Valor out to cast it, since we can tutor a whole new army with him and we can chose not to kill him.

    Graceful Touch allows us to grab our important creatures in control-heavy matches.

    Thanks,
    Kramp

    Creatures (24):
    4 Crow-Tribe Foot Soldier

    4 Spire Watcher
    4 Trepidatious Follower
    2 Angel of the Skyways
    1 Eliza, the Lionheart
    3 Lerand, Silent Valor

    Enchantments (4):
    2 Intolerant Faithfulness
    2 Glory in Their Fall

    Instants/Sorceries (9):
    4 Blastflare
    2 Divine Purge
    3 Admonishing

    Lands (23):
    4 Arid Mesa
    3 Wind-Scarred Crag
    9 Plains
    7 Mountain

    Side Board (15):

    3 Pardic Stag
    1 Battleforged Seraph
    2 Arrow Burst
    2 Blessed Winds
    2 Festival of Glories
    1 Bloodwing Dragon

    I can imagine multiple scenarios with 1 (or more) Glory in Their Fall in play, dropping a Divine Purge precombat, and swinging for that last bit of damage with a +2X/+X white creature.

    They appreciate deep deep down inside of oh wait no that's the depth of their graveyard.

    Untap.in seems to be fixed! It works normally again! Tutorial is in my first comment. If you want to play your decks with someone, you can use this thread. Or send me PM!

    Edit: There is still something wrong in Untap.in. I uploaded all cards again but they are all gone. It took me 2 hours. This Sucks.
    -----------
    @Corwinnn
    "Katrite, the Auroramancer" was banned. It was replaced with "Katrite, Aurora Weaver"

    @Gelectrode
    "Ghost-Lit Charm". Not "Ghost-Lit-Charm". Just in case you want to test your deck in untap.in. We can't search the card if the name is wrong.

    @dashdo101
    "Blastflare". Not "Blastfire". Just in case you want to test your deck in untap.in. We can't search the card if the name is wrong.

    ^^^
    It's ok if you don't test your decks in Untap.in. I'll fix it when I test your decks.

    @HenryTheHatter, @KJMartin, @Faiths_Guide
    Your deck isn't 60 cards! Sorry, that's the rule. XD
    If you don't edit the list, I'll remove or add Lands when I test your decks!

    -----------
    Also, if you have used Untap.in, you probably know this- It's very convenient if the deck list is written like this:
    "Number" "Card's name"
    "Number" "Card's name"
    "Number" "Card's name"
    "Number" "Card's name"
    Just like my example. Then we can just paste it to [Paste Deck] and click [Insert Cards]. It takes only a few seconds to make a deck in Untap.in.

    So if the list is written like:
    "Card's name" "Number" (Note..)
    "Card's name" "Number"
    "Card's name" "Number" (Note..),
    I need to fix the list before I paste it. Sorry @HenryTheHatter, next time you submit your deck list, please write it like my example. But I really enjoy feedbacks on cards!

    -----------
  • @KJMartin
    Thanks! But There are 8 From the Shadow. lol
  • @Tomigon
    Yeah I know, I've edited that now.
    Also, just so you know, I don't think all the cards were actually on Untap :/ I had to add Tibalt's Familiar and a couple of others.
  • edited February 2017
    @KJMartin
    Actually, I added all cards 3 times when I thought the site was working normally. But now they are gone again. :( But once a deck is build before that happens, lost cards are still in it. So the cards are still in data base. Just we can't search them for some reason.
  • @Tomigon
    I've been playing solo a bit too. I added all the ones I needed for my deck again, though.
    Only trouble is, Yu-Gi-Oh and other custom made cards often come up if they have similar names to the ones in your deck.
  • edited February 2017
    @KJMartin
    Yeah, that happens when some cards are missing. But thanks for making the deck.
  • Thanks @Tomigon. Unfortunatly, untap.in does not work for me anymore because I lose contact with the server normally around Turn 2. Do you know any reason why?
  • edited February 2017
    @Tomigon
    Mine is 60.
  • edited February 2017
    @Gelectrode
    Yeah, we sometimes lose contact with the server :( But if your game is still there, you can enter it again. I usually can continue the game.
    But the biggest problem is that we can't search cards that were added recently.

    @Faiths_Guide
    Sorry. Maybe that was my mistake.
  • @Tomigon
    I think there was an extra land, no biggy!
  • @Tomigon - I know. I was waiting to Edit my deck when I could test it, but I may have to edit sooner than that.
