the revolt mechanic is so bad imo. the best revolt card is that b/w enchant that fuels itself. otherwise you're entirely reliant on your opponent.
yahenni can also be pretty good for triggering revolt.

@ASubtleGhost I'd say based on how good the card is. Yours has quite a lot of effects for a common, I'd say uncommon or higher
