Feedback on a Flagship Uncommon Cycle
Hey all, I know I haven't been active much here but I thought I'd start on a set built for limited, and the first five cards I designed were the flagship uncommons for the allied color pairs. These would be the main draft archetypes:
R/G: +1/+1 counter synergy
W/G: archery mechanic & elves
W/U: aven & flying synergy
U/B: card advantage & discard
B/R: oathbound (credit to beeswax)
So what do y'all think of these cards? Thanks in advance.

Savage Blessings is too good. My suggestion is
"Whenever a +1/+1 counter is placed on a creature you control, you may pay {3}. If you do, draw a card."
But that card draw effect doesn't fit red, so I would make it mono green. Maybe {1}{g}{g}.
Krynnswood Vanguard's ability seems very strange to me.. The only way of using arrow I can think of is dealing damage.
I think Deep-Sea Dreamweave is slightly cheap. {4}{u}{b} is safe I think.
