Balance Challenge
Hey everyone, first challenge/contest I'll have created here, so I hope you guys enjoy!
After having read about some of the most powerful cards in Magic history (I only started collecting cards a year ago) I thought about how they would have to be changed so as to be balanced in the current environment.
So! The challenge is to take an iconically powerful card, such as Time Vault or Black Lotus, and create a more balanced version of that card that would still be powerful and interesting, just not so completely overpowered it has to be banned.
I'd prefer it if you could think up something more imaginative than simply changing a card's mana cost. but it's up to you in the end.
