Any opinions on this condition for coming into play tapped or untapped?

    I think it would be far better if you got to choose what you discarded. In it current state, it can ruin an early aggressive play far too easily, which destroys the need for a land with the tapped/untapped option. (I realize UB isn't very aggressive, but I'm assuming you're making a full cycle.) I think it's a really good idea though.
