Vial Smasher
Hi, my challenge is to make a Vial Smasher, the DTK version of Ankle Shanker! If you didn't read the story, here it is:

Rules:
1. Must be named "Vial Smasher"
2. Should have {b}{r} in the mana cost
3. Have fun!
