Mana costs don't go higher than 9?

  It goes all the way to twelve. However, you have to manually type it like so: {12}

  I think the highest generic mana cost is Emrakul, the Aeons Torn, which, as you probably know is 15 mana.

  @The_Tyrant - @Lujikul is correct, you can go to 12 but have to manually add it in.

  So at this point in time, it's impossible to make a card that costs more than 12? Got it. That kinda sucks, but whatev. Thanks for the help : )

  Well you can make one that costs more than 12 but it can't be more than 12 generic mana
