I loved the flavour text and the general theme of the card as it fit well with the lightning theme. A slightly crazy, power-hungry mage - so it fits perfectly. Quite well-balanced, and good choice of artwork. Wow!

2nd Place goes to ... Victoria, Swift Lightning by @TenebrisNemo

Haste and Soulbond makes Victoria a potent card, not to mention the added bonus of giving her and the paired creature first strike and prowess! A striking figure which would be the key card to many decks. Good job!

And First Place goes to ... Riftmind Boltmage by @Faiths_Guide

This card had perfect artwork, balance and a very interesting theme. Even though it is a small creature it would be the starting point for many Izzet or red burn decks and a reliable source of damage. This card would make many people very happy and I think this card definitely could be a real Magic card. Overall, pretty sweet!
