Unless it specifically says so, don't imply things as that isn't how MTG mechanics work.

Since most are stuck with designing decree cards, I may suggest that you change the challenge to a fateful hour challenge. That is, if people continue to have issues!

This card is very interesting since it teaches a lot of MTG mechanics at the Uncommon rarity.

This mechanic was originally named Flux, but too many people complained about me supposedly stealing the name, so I changed it to Experimental. It works best in Red and Blue, and is particularly cute when combined with positive/negative results for the target. Good luck!
