I think it does not allow creativity in making cards. If you said it had to involve death touch and +1/+1 counters then people could show off their creativity.
It's vulnerable to spells that don't target anything directly, sacrifice effects and a few other things I imagine, but yeah it's pretty hard to get rid of. I regret not making a Legendary out of it since I think it's a bit more justified that way.
@Cybernekit@BlueDrake77 It really isn't that OP. You could take it as a 2/2 with unblockable, taking 2 damage each turn. For 4 mana that is pretty balanced.
I am not saying it is OP, I am just thinking that it is almost invincible, unless you kill all creatures twice before it attacks, or you exile each creature.
