Faiths_Guide - Reverse Challenge

This challenge is pretty straight-forward. Unlike most challenges and contests where the creator puts forward criteria for you to design a card around, I want other people to put forward criteria for me to design around. Post a basic card idea using less than ten words, don't request anything that couldn't possibly be a real MTG card (like things from other games) and I will try to make a realistic and balanced card around your idea. The 'winner' will be the person whose idea resulted in the best card, prizes and end dates and such TBD.
(I, of course, reserve the right to refuse/ignore any request.)
If there's any suggestion I have a particularly hard time thinking of a good design for I'll let the one that left the comment know and ask him/her to make an alternate suggestion.
I'll also try to address entries as fast as possible but I don't expect to be able to do more than a few a day so please pick and choose your ideas carefully since I'd rather not create cards for the same person multiple times in a row.

A Noire and/or Supernatural themed card. (Possibly some reminiscing over Eldritch Moon?)
This example is a detective going under the deep end so as to speak.
A Rakdos Group Hug Card
How about a card that puts +1/+1 counters on your commander creature, in the command zone. This will allow buffing your commander for the next time it's cast.
When compared to Thoughtseize?
I think the drawback is worse then life-loss as you're giving the opponent a way to undo the card-disadvantage and perhaps draw something better then you were able to take. But it should be comparable nonetheless. @modnation, thanks for this! Please refrain from further requests until I give you the "go-ahead".
Could you make an extremely balanced aura spell with flash? Meant for a nonwhite deck

What does your request mean specifically ( in 10 or less :P ) ?
The problem was that the counters would get removed when the card changed zones (command>stack>battlefield) unless you also granted it Skullbriar's ability. This was a little too clunky for my taste.
Made a twist on that idea for @Platypusburger's request:
Atraxa, among others, would probably love this.

Alright if I simplify your request to:
"Balanced nonwhite aura spell with flash."
It'll most likely fall into Blue and/or Green.
