@Fantastickill7 Ah, a new customer, welcome! It seems the Tavern's always busy, but you won't be forgotten. Here's a table and a stool and... hey! Who left their ax in this stool! Oh, don't mind that, I'll just throw it over here, the stool still seems sturdy enough. Goodness I'm babbling, thanks for your order, it'll be right out!

@FantasyBrew According to the 2017 mechanical color pie, the tertiary keywords by color are as follows: WHITE - Flash, Hexproof, Indestructible, Prowess, Reach, & Trample BLUE - Indestructible & Trample BLACK - First strike, Flash, & Trample RED - Flash & Indestructible GREEN - Flying & Haste
As this is the case (to the best of my knowledge) it is impossible to make something that is both tricolor and uses three keywords that are tertiary to each of its colors. This might be a blessing in disguise and you might have already been aware of this fact when you made your request. The result will be a card that looks more realistic, but I will still use three mechanics that are each tertiary to two of the card's colors.

[ @Tommia Wow, I'm impressed--both with your thoroughness and with my designs XD I referenced Throes with Chaos when developing mine, and you're totally right, Sow Chaos could (and probably would) get totally out of hand! I don't really know how to balance it though... I tried to make the wordiest card possible for that request ]

Hey! Barkeep! This pestering Goblin over here keeps trying to steal my travelmates shiny sword! We could kill him but your rules clearly state that your bar is a neutral zone. Can you maybe do something about this festering creature before we do?
[ @Tommia The way Sow Chaos works, just in case it isn't clear to anyone, is this: when you cast it you cast the first two 1-2 CMC spells from the top of your deck, then you exile it. At the beginning of your next upkeep, it Sow Chaos gets cast one more time and you cast the first two 1-2 CMC spells from the top of your deck again. ]
@FaithsGuide Thanks so much for making my card! I love it. While it might be a bit overpowered, nothing that can't be fixed with a bit of mana cost tweaking.
All I have to say is that historically, lower-costed cascade cards tend to be more powerful because they give you more control over what you hit. See Modern Living End decks. Point being, raising the cost will make it more balanced, not less so.
@Je_Suis_Oluwa You're probably right, I have very little experience with--and understanding of--cascade... I had a suggestion to push it to 6 CMC, does that seem right to you?
Maybe if I switched rebound out for Jump-start? But that seems to close to throes of Chaos. I almost gave it Buyback, which might be pretty neat. Maybe I'll go back to that?

As for Sow Chaos, this might be the sole card that could get out of hand. Throes of Chaos does something somewhat similar.

Neutral zone!? First I've heard of it. As long as you pay for any mess you make I'll mind my own business.
Wait, barkeep, you mean that theif my travelmates and I met on the way here who told us of your tavern got it wrong?
Warrior travelmate: Yo he lied to us, boss.
Me: (turning my head to warrior) he lied to us? Why, that sniveling little...!
Warrior: yeah, he probably wanted us to think it was neutral for some reason...
Me: Barkeep, look the other way... Alright guys, let's get him!
