Vice, Rummage Chief and Dread Sire both use art from cards in a game much like mtg called Elder Scrolls Legends. The cards are called Chaurus Reaper and Baron of Tear, if you want to see them.
I guess I could say that Mikaeus the Lunarch could've become a planeswalker, and that, upon return to Innistrad, he "died" and lost his soul/spark. So his walker form would be between original Human and Zombie.
@modnation675 Do you have an alternate request? I have to be very choosy when it comes to custom abilities, and this one doesn't quite meet my self-devised/enforced parameters.
If you'd like me to come up with something that functions similarly, I could attempt that. Basically, try and keep your request to 10 words and simple: "Post a basic card idea using less than ten words, don't request anything that couldn't possibly be a real MTG card (like things from other games) and I will try to make a realistic and balanced card around your idea."
Your request feels like less of a challenge and more of a "make an (odd) card like this one" request.

I decided to attack these out of order (since @EnvyReaper is the most recent comment-er here).
A Planeswalker that "turns into" different types of spells for @EnvyReaper:
She might actually be too strong since your opponents can't do anything about it unless they have an instant speed removal spell. Then again, unless your graveyard is well stocked, she won't do anything. I think the best balance solution would be to limit the CMC of the cards she can target... aaaaand maybe bump her own.
