1. When you take a new country do you make cards for it?
2. If you attack a two-part nation (covering tow countries of more) do you take the entire nation or just the part of it you attacked?

@Tigersol yeah, that's good because it will give @creepybeagle more time. Since he is currently attacking Italy. If he finishes his attack by monday and is successful, you can try to take it from him. Otherwise you can attack it as an empty country.
