Cards in portuguese

Hello
I make cards in Portuguese and I always have problems with the accented words. Is there any way to use them without error in the description of the cards?

  • Unfortunately the card editor does not support many multilingual characters at this time. Your best bet is to substitute accented characters for plain characters in most cases.
We are, however, looking into character encoding issues with the editor to address the dot and dash inputs commonly used on cards.
  • I remember that in the old days I could accent words in the card descriptions, but now only accepts accentuation in the title of the card.
  • I have old cards in my collection with accented words. I think these accents stopped working when the creator was overhauled.

They aren't supported by the current font of text.
  • I'll kinda revive this, just to highlight it. I'm also trying make Portuguese cards with my friends for a set, but it turns out to be pretty hard without accents.

"E" and "É" are different conjunctions with different meanings that can easily make a card hard to decipher. They're respectively roughly equivalent to "And"/"Is".

    — and the . on cards are also, as mentioned, kinda needed. The dash is usually created with Alt + 0151, but the dots seem to be something out of Word? Not sure.
