Lujikul's Reverse Challenge
This is the same premise as the other couple reverse challenges. Give me a brief challenge, and I'll make a card for it. (Yes, I have stuff to judge, I'll get to it by Monday, guaranteed.)

I probably took the "dust devil" part a little too literally, though the idea was that it makes creatures unrecoverable, except through a constant nagging memory. It's good anti pithing needle, but probably not much else besides a touch of graveyard hate.
Design a card using my "Belief" mechanic (for commander/multiplayer).

Hope this is close to what you were expecting. Probably should've been legendary, but making it just about killed my tablet.

Anyway, I challenge you to create a card that can't be cast or played from the hand.
Deadeye Dick and Cat's Cradle are pretty good as well.
Did I go too far? Possibly. Do I regret it? Not at all.

Sorry it took so long to deliver. It technically can be cast from the hand, but it doesn't really do much unless you flashback it or find another way.
Design me a card that has my keyword ability Dreadful in it.
