Stealth Card Challenge
The rules are:
The card must be one of two things:
--A card with the subtype Trap that has a cheaper mana cost after an opponent does something specific.

--A card that does not have a mana cost, but enters the battlefield some other way. You can do this using existing keywords (like suspend) or by making your own.

@Shadowcast, your card doesn't work too well for this challenge either, since it's less of a surprise and more like a card that has a restriction on it.
Initially it had split second and a flavor text but I couldn't fit it on.
