  The closest thing is Annihilator, but that's sacrificing a permanent.

  I'm not a fan of land destruction, but this revision may be what you're looking for. (I prefer the second version!)
  
  Desecrate (Whenever this creature attacks a player, that player sacrifices a nonbasic land.)
  
  Desecrate (Whenever this creature attacks a player and isn't blocked, that player sacrifices a nonbasic land.)
  
  Desecrate (Whenever this creature attacks a player and isn't blocked, you may remove it from combat. If you do, that player sacrifices a nonbasic land.)

  @ecoolasice, did you want the ability to trigger when the creature attacks the player (regardless as to whether it's blocked or not), or only if it deals combat damage (i.e. isn't blocked)?
