I feel like that card could use a bit of proofreading. How about:
Tap all creatures.
Hurricane deals 3 damage to target opponent and each creature he or she controls.
Add that, and it's golden.

I'd say it's safe to assume that we all have a common goal, so aiding you doesn't seem like to much of a problem, even if you do support the blue god.
