There were a few campaigns of DnD that I participated in where there were two characters--Noki, a generally levelheaded CN Pyromancer, and Skaur, a psychopathic necromancer with CE alignment. They mostly hated each other, and their ideologies were almost complete opposites--think of Chandra trying to work with the Phyrexians. That's about how well they got along. Somehow, I believe through divine intervention, they got fused together into this amalgamation of Noki's figure, Skaur's diseases, and both minds residing in the same body. Noki has control for now, but Skaur is slowly taking over, and will have complete control over the Noki/Skaur identity in eleven years. Currently, NokiSkaur is my go-to character when I play with my uncle, though I use each name separately for campaigns with different people.
God flavor text: "First came Teusret, who shone on Xalys. Then came [@modnation675 's god name], who filled the oceans. Next arrived [@NokiSkaur's god], who created malice and hatred. After came [@sanjaya666], who made volcanoes burn. Finally came [@saveria201], who made the world lush and green." -Tome of the Gods
I was thinking we could have some of these runes to represent the type of magic people used while the gods were away from Xalys, and in ruins of Ancient Xalys, such runes can still be found.
I'm not quite sure what the restrictions for citizen created cards are, but I created this common cycle for Xalys. Names and places are free to be changed.
Those all seem pretty broken. You're getting a two mana 3/2, which already pushes the vanilla test, and they have benefits. Those would probably be best at uncommon.
Dearest Sabrina, I have successfully discovered a new world! The mortals venerate me as a god! How marvelous! I wish I could see you now. I feel so alive! I have made several partners on this journey. @NokiSkaur and @22cjohnson come to mind. I might still betray them, but it's less likely then with Alejandro, right? Yesterday I murdered a lesser mortal. Today @22cjohnson is kind of being a thorn in my side. I still have the Dagger if he annoys me! Love you! Fauben
Journal entry 856 Maybe this kid isn't so bad. I can implant the Voice in his head. It will make his mind nice and pliable... @22cjohnson, will you follow me?

Noki and the Slave is more truthful.
"You don't know how good you have it. If either one of us dies, the other is dragged down with them."
Hell is my domain, Noki. Watch your tongue, or I'll make you live my life, bound to your brother's back and unable to do anything more than talk.
"You only care about skewing the natural order of Xalys. I only plan to preserve it."
You don't seem to understand that your obsession with balance makes you a slave.

Thanks for the explanation.
"Now you understand who we are. Well done, mortal."
Why aren't you condemning him?
"I'm the God of power, not death. We may share the same body, but we are not the same."
Is there anything we can do to help him?
"Those who challenge the gods are given an early invitation to Meharlat's domain. Tread carefully, @22cjohnson."

And why did he murder a mortal? My suspicions grow.
