Not sure if it's useful or wanted in any way, but I thought this one could fit as a citizen for NokiSkaur's majestically and delightfully chaotic twinity :P
Well, this one is going to be MY citizen, which because it's just a citizen in service of the One and the Other ( @NokiSkaur ) doesn't yet deserve rare or legendary status just yet.
Ah man, I made cards before I realized @Credius was already serving you, @NokiSkaur. Should you desire these cards, take them. I shall leave them here as I search for another God in need of servants. (I just really didn't want to delete them after I made them.)
Dearest @Credius... your devotion is greatly admired. However, you can not earn our favour until-
"Until you create a slave for Meharlat. He may be an angel, but his work can't be completed alone. Once these other mortals see our collected power, they may convert to more... realistic processes."
"The master wishes for slaves, but the master should know that I can only be truly of use when my shackles are unbound... remove them and slaves shall flock to do your bidding."

I HAVE ASCENDED!!
not to mention with intimidate and first strike, not much would be able to stand in this guy's way except for black and artifacts
That's some impressive artwork AND it reflects your mortal ability focus. Bravo!
talk about going from small citizen all the way to god xD

"Meharlat doesn't need protection, brother."
I'm not sending them to protect Meharlat--I'm sending them to protect something much more valuable.
"Oh... that. I understand now."
Both laugh, but for no apparent reason.

Liked @Decaldor idea of a flip card and gave it my own twist.
Also here's some more cards for Xaylx's theme.
First what be a king without a Castle presenting:
https://mtgcardsmith.com/view/xalyxs-dark-abode?list=user
and Last a king must have his champion:
https://mtgcardsmith.com/view/garath-the-favored?list=user
also Garath is supposed to be a 4/5
something to unite the gods would be pleasant for once xD
that Olishia flavortext fits so well with one of my old cards:

(Also, here's my entry for the mini-challenge. It's nowhere near as good as the other's cards, but I thought it would be kind of neat to participate.)
no god here, just added that last one for that sea stirring minichallenge thingy...
Just so you know, Prismat is an ability that makes a creature every color, and costs on the card require colored mana to use. Also, I have no art.
@NokiSkaur
"Does it truly contain the Lords' essence?"
"Sure, sure... the only problem is how are we going to get it out of 'that person's hand' and into ours?"
I just felt like making a god.
I guess I am a citizen.... following a five color god.
"Until you create a slave for Meharlat. He may be an angel, but his work can't be completed alone. Once these other mortals see our collected power, they may convert to more... realistic processes."
That wasn't what I was trying to say.
"You aren't the owner of this form."
Death only hurts the faithless.
"The master wishes for slaves, but the master should know that I can only be truly of use when my shackles are unbound... remove them and slaves shall flock to do your bidding."
"Free a worthy soul from the underworld, young @Credius. Meharlat's gate stands opened for you. There must be someone in the Pit worth keeping..."
Noki has his servant. Now I have my own.
"With Megras freed from shackles, comes Megras' eternal servitude. The Master will be pleased with my accomplishments."
"Now I shall search through not only the pit, but all of Xalys for souls to be bound to your will, Oh glorious Master."
"As thy commanded, thy art given thy most wondrous prize, oh Great Lord."
