New Force of Will-like format

I had the idea, what if we had a format where land-screw was non-existent, so I came up with a commander-like format where your commander dictates your mana-selection. Each player must have a commander, a library between 10 and 20 cards that are only land, and a library of 60 cards that are only spells. A player may draw from either deck when drawing a card or multiple cards; for instance, if you draw two cards, you may draw from either deck for either draw. If drawing from a deck with no cards, you will deck-out even if there are still cards in one deck. Each deck has a separate discard pile, and If you shuffle your graveyard into your deck, you shuffle both instead to form their separate libraries again.



Selection adds a form of mana-fixing and smoothing inherently. Since there are both land and spell decks, a player may either draw or search from either deck, while also getting their selection land-drop making two land drops possible in the same turn. I'm debating if this changes the format too much, as formats such as berzerk are a thing, but less seriously so; and I don't see this format as being a true format until much development has been put into it.

I'd love to see what kind of cards everyone comes up with, as I have a feeling this would be a fun format to test out. Mind this was a spur of the moment idea and this was the only card I had time to make due to a tight schedule.

P.S. I am aware that Telnar is off color, this is going to be a collection of cards with the selection ability, with him being the first.
