If you "translate" the whole card in Magic terms, it gives you this:
_____________
As an additional cost to cast Slifer the Sky Dragon, sarifice three creatures. (==> They don't have a mana system and can't have more than 5 creatures on the battlefield at once, so this basically means "this creature is really expensive".)
Slifer cannot be countered.
When Slifer enters the battlefield, it doesn't cause abilities to trigger.
When Slifer enters the battlefield, if it wasn't cast from your hand, sacrifice it at the beginning of the next end step. (==> Why wait until end of turn? I have no clue XD)
Slifer's power and toughness are each equal to twice the number of cards in your hand. (==> I double it because 2 power is weak but 2000 attack in Yu-Gi-Oh is actually the start of big creatures, a bit like 4 power is in Magic. Take into account that they start at 8000 life so this thing should more or less kill a full-life player in two hits with only four cards in hand.)
Whenever a creature enters the battlefield under an opponent's control, put four -1/-0 counters on it. Then, if its power is equal to 0, destroy it. (==> I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure the power reduction is permanent, so I had to go with counters, it's really what made the most sense ^^")
_____________
I'm genuinely amazed at how cryptic they allowed this thing to be 0.0 It just sounds really random, I think they made the anime before the card, made the Gods do a billion things in it, and later realized it didn't make sense as a card x)
It can look really powerful but noncreature spells in Yu-Gi-Oh have no cost, so they have things like a 0-mana In Garruk's Wake so it's actually not that big of a deal I guess ^^"
here I gave it a shot, decked out in full premium and for those who wonder why he's called Mahad...that's because that's the dark magician's actual name.
think (besides everything else you've just found) that the wording alone is evidence enough of Yugioh's stupidity.
Great job trying to decipher that mess XD

The wording ningyounk provided is also a translation. This is the English wording.
Requires 3 Tributes to Normal Summon (cannot be Normal Set). This card's Normal Summon cannot be negated. When Normal Summoned, cards and effects cannot be activated. Once per turn, during the End Phase, if this card was Special Summoned: Send it to the GY. Gains 1000 ATK and DEF for each card in your hand. If a monster(s) is Normal or Special Summoned to your opponent's field in Attack Position: That monster(s) loses 2000 ATK, then if its ATK has been reduced to 0 as a result, destroy it.
Is it difficult to read and understand? Yes, if you're not familiar with the game. But the same applies to pokemon and Magic.
@ningyounk
Slider would likely be as follows:
Can't be countered.
Players can't cast spells or activate abilities in response to it entering the battlefield
Everything else is pretty correct.
Yes, the attack loss is permanent.
It has you wait until end of turn so you can still attack at least once with it.
Agreed, MtG can be difficult, but it has logical syntax/procedure where Yugioh...
@Faiths_Guide Well, I wouldn't go as far as calling it stupid, I still enjoyed it when I was younger and didn't know about Magic ^^ Removing the mana system just really messes with the balance of the game I think (for starters, some cards go in about every deck thanks to how powerful they are). They actually did a really good job at maintaining an interesting power scale thanks to the rules tied to creature summoning (you can cast only one creature per turn and you have to sacrifice smaller creatures to cast bigger one.) Unfortunately no-cost instant/sorceries really brings too much variance
