    Here it is, Envy.
First and foremost: "Always something better, isn't there..." as flavor text, pretty obvious as to how it links to envy, the sin of jealousy and such.

Next: G/U color. I figured that green/blue (simic) would be more the colors of physical change, and physical appearance is often envied in todays society, most people wanting to look like someone else. (further personified in the ability.)

As for the art, I couldn't think of any animal capable of exemplifying envy, with the exceptions of small insects or a chameleon or something, so I figured a shapeshifter would work best for it, showing the necessity of change and never thinking twice before it.

The ability reads: "Whenever a player casts a creature spell, you may get 2 change counters, then counter that spell. Envy, Lord of Lies becomes a copy of that card, except its name is still Envy, Lord of Lies, it's legendary in addition to its other types, and it gains all abilities of this card, then if you have 10 or more change counters, you lose the game." (I did use lazav, dimir mastermind for the exact wording of this.)

First off, the changing into another creature fits envy itself, saying "that's better than me, so let's take it." Then, each time you do this, you change a bit, until you're no longer yourself and you lose everything.

    Hope you enjoy it. :)
