^Nice concept! I think indestructible ability is a bit too super for a Goblin though. Also goblins are basically all foolish, so maybe the name could be something different? Like mad engineer, idk ^^;

This is a very powerful card. If you have enough lands, you can let your opponent choose Ghostly Prison effect or 3/3 Troll with regeneration ability. Both of them are really good. But the choice is up to opponents, and it's useless if they are rich, so maybe it's ok.. Very unique mechanic and fun concept! Rest in peace, Elric the Thrifty.
