The first battle starts tommorow!
He would be facing the dwarfkiller. A bit of a specific name, if you asked him- much better to be able to kill anything. But he could probably wouldn't have too much trouble, though.
Though he started to realize that his cockiness may have gotten him killed already.

Juusilred was meditating, something that he was somewhat unnerved to have needed to do. Just a month ago, he could have aged walls to dust on little or no sleep- and now, he had to concentrate for hours to store up enough energy.
In a small bag next to him, he had several empty mana batteries which he planned to fill. It would probably take to mid-evening, but he didn't have any plans. Unless he had the power to stop his enemy or speed up his time, he doubted he could beat his enemy. His combat skills were severely lacking.
"Where do you see yourself in 5 years, Shanka?" Asked her instructor, Barktooth. Shanka thought this was a pointless question to ask. Clearly she was the most talented recruit of her lot. Not one of them stood a chance against her speed and precise attacks during training!
"I see myself replacing you for when you retire or die, whichever happens first."
"And why do you feel so confident? Are you sure you are ready? Would you dare to challenge me in a round?"
Shanka looked around the training grounds. All of her fellow recruits where either watching the two of them with interest or they where tending to their wounds they just acquired from battling with Shanka during training. Shanka turned back to Barktooth.
"OK Pops, but I gotta warn ya, I'm pretty fa--"
Bam! Before Shanka could even finish what she was saying, Barktooth attacked her from the side, delivering her a blow to the head so hard it knocked her down, where she was on her hands and knees so fast she felt dizzy. Shanka turned her head and spit blood out of her mouth. 'Man he's good, and faster than I would have guessed, too.' Barktooth walked over to her and looked down at her.
"Never be over confident." Barktooth extended his hand out to help her up. She looked at him crossly, then took his hand and got herself up.
"Do not make the same mistake again Shanka, for your own good. It may save your life."
Shanka nodded her head.
"I won't."
*end of memory back flash*

The horn sounded. Teras winced as Zidrux's blade cut into him, and called on his white mana for help. as he backed away, skeletal hands clawed from the ground. "Oh gods," he thought.
"I will kill the little ghost. show him what undeath truly is." Teras was pummeled to the ground by Zidrux's undead. "I can see your spirit fading, little specter", Zidrux laughed.
Teras jumped in a lake. he grasped at vines and mud at the bottom to hide. blades slashed through the water above him. he picked up a rock and threw it. he heard a crack. "YES! I killed one!" Teras flew out of the lake and was immediately cut by an ax. blood pooled on the ground. "What? I don't have blood!" He touched it and was surrounded by the ghosts of former competitors who died here. they flew around him, disassembling skeletons and zombies, whipping up the sand. he raised a sharp rock and smashed Zidrux's head in. He then fell unconscious.
This was a hard one. I loved Teras and would totally play him in an EDH reap deck (If reap existed). I also really liked the idea of Battalion, a Boros mechanic, on a black card. It came down to who had participated more, really.

Her introverted nature causes people to underestimate her at first, and if they get on her bad side they learn never to do that again.
I'm sorry I won't have a lot of time to develop Farrah, but should she somehow be victorious, you are all invited to a little Goblin BBQ!
