  Basically they always have to interact with other permanents to draw. (weak creatures, auras, equipments)

  I think MaRo has since said that it might be borderline okay but still too aggressively costed. Not sure on that one. Equipment based draw seems to be okay though!

  Maro has since softened his stand on Mentor of the Meek. I personally think it's okay. Every other colour has card draw nowadays, and it doesn't make sense to give none to white, or to make it so specific (equipment, aura, etc) it becomes too much of a build-around condition to be useful in many white decks.
