Thanks to @sorinjace's contest I was on a Sliver Kick. These little buggers have to join the fray, too. So my next entries are all slivers with MC-26 plus a few outside extra. 3-4
5-6
7-8
(editied all of my recent slivers of all of the multiple instances of keyword abilities.) Their are even more but they don't have a MC-26 mechanic on them. I love these little buggers in real life. (Yes, I did an Irate-Inspired Card, too)
@Dechujoh64 I don't know if this is intentional or not, but your slivers have multiple instances of keyword abilities. Check out my comments on your Duality Sliver, Manarise Sliver, Nemesis Sliver.
@Tomigon, nothing was intentional to give the slivers multiple instances of keyword abilities. I was thinking like using a word of the day and then telling you what that word meant like manalink or frosttouch. I'll fix all problem slivers tomorrow.
@Corwinnn, @CardShark, @sorinjace, @Alchemist I'm so sorry guys, I forgot to fix a small mistake of pillage mechanic. It should start with "Whenever", not "When". I don't think you need to fix your card only for that, but just in case if you want to.
@Animist, similar to how monstrosity and monstrous are related, as renown and renowned work, could there be a similar relation with promote and 'promoted'? Although it doesn't occur once, as monstrosity and renown do, could there still be a relationship that would work?
Promote was intended to be more like evolve rather than a binary state like with monstrosity and renowned but I think it can have some extra design space around whether its promote ability has been triggered. It does have a slight memory issue in that there's no "promotion counter" on the creature but monstrosity and renown have the same problem so I think it's okay.
Most of the promote cards I've seen feature soldiers in the army, so I decided to go down a different route. This corrupt old Azorius lawmaker will help a bunch of lowly minions rise in the ranks of the political system, but in a preferential manner, granting these favours only to those loyal to him and his guild. Due to the infiltration of the system by his pawns, the rot and corruption will not go away even if he were to leave the scene (or the battlefield, in this case). Works best with tokens.
You need two creatures in play before the Counselor comes down for him to be most effective. You sacrifice the one you control with the highest power and stack triggers so that both the Counselor and the other creature he gave promote to get a counter.
Here is an Eldrazi, The Broken Beasts of the game for #9: Kanizon's Embalmer Frosttouch, Manalink and a one time vangaurd. But ther reason for that Eldrazi was of this (NON ENTRY): Kanizon, Worldly Undertaker. which has a Eldrazi style Pillage. Also his mana cost is 14 not 5, because the mana cost counter only goes up to 12.

Simple is best. Also, made minor wording changes to Pillage due to singularity.

Not sure if that's what you meant?

When I saw @Dechujoh64's slivers, I made a Barrier Gate with alternate flavor text:
I don't think there are enough wraiths and damnations in the multiverse if the slivers evolve to have manalink.

All fixed now!
