Now, I'd be tooting my own horn if I made a card with my own mechanic, so here's one with two fabulous mechanics that aren't extract!
It should probably be a rare in retrospect, but I'm very happy with the design regardless.
I'm a bit concerned about balance with the two artifacts, so if someone can give me some feedback in the Disqus comments that'd be great.

Petulant Analyst uses the same irate and inspired combo I put on my Merfolk Sage, Ocean Protector, but I think your card uses it way better and more clever than mine. Nice work!!

Yes, It is meant to give you six combats, and yes, it is meant to be incredibly difficult to trigger.
I know the power will be a bit high once it starts using promote, but it just worked so nicely for the quote...
