  apologize for the delay, here is my entry!
  
  I put two abilities on the storm scale that both rank at 10 - chroma, and intimidate. Plus, you never see the two abilities on the same card usually, if ever (I really enjoyed that contest where you put two abilities on a card you would almost never see together on the same card, leave me alone! lol :P) Hope this isn't too late!
