Also, for the transform, since it's permanent, I decided to give the transformed side a mana cost, because I didn't want to make it impossible to cast after it transforms if it gets bounced or the like.

I've been trying to work up a set of cool blue/red instants to go with the planeswalker I made.
Let me know what you think of this one.
Congition is pretty much Master the Way but draws you one more card and is an instant. Not much better.
