Your challenge is to make a Trap card.
Rules:

Card Type is instant, subtype is Trap
Max 4 entries, 2 old cards allowed.

If you look thru the rest of the thread you get what I mean.
For example your Doorway card, If your opponent deals damage with a rod of ruin card, you may {r}{b} rather than pay Doorways' mana cost. Mind you you might want to put a more likely clause like When your opponent casts 2 or more creature spell during their turn or something else you want to punish the action of. So you'd want to up the base cost of your spell, then reword it to actually function the correct of triggering a cheaper cost depending what you want to catch your opponent on.
