Oh, and for everyone concerned about The Bob, an infinite combo would be hard to get rolling. I can think off Staff Of Domination off the top of my head, but you would need 9 turns of The Bobs’s ability to get that combo.

It’s like ‘the king of all and none’ meets ‘emrakul, the aeons torn’. ‘The king of all and none’ is a card on mtgcardsmith, and ‘emrakul, the aeons torn’ is an actual card, if you’re looking them up.
It's..... unique, so to say but I don't quite get the fact that all players control all permanents because that would probably end up as a stalemate if we consider the fact that winning would be exceptionally hard if the other player controls your side of the board and your entire deck and hand. Plus the fact that it cant be removed ever is also daunting.
Another issue is the last ability. If any creature that any player controls would leave the battlefield, then any player can remove it for the rest of the game since if all players control all permanents, then they also control Cosmic Avenger which seems highly impractical.
One final thing, this card for 15 mana is probably twice (if not more) powerful than even Emrakul, so increasing mana is a MUST. but other than that it is a very interesting (and broken) card.

Ooh. Wow, @Floodkiller45. Dominance looks cool. I wouldn’t personally use it in a deck, but really awesome concept! You could even enter it in season 2 of my mechanics tournament… it’s coming out soon… read the guidelines if you want to enter.

Anyway, not sure what MCGA stands for, but I'm noticing the legendary frame, but no legendary supertype. Furthermore, the phyrexian mana feels a little out of place, and I think just WUBRG would make more sense.
When it comes to the abilities of the card, I think it is an awesome and unique idea, but I can't see it as anything other than an un card.
Lastly, a possible wording alternative is to say "all counters and cards without official MTG backs lose all abilities."
Overall, awesome card, but feels more fitting as an un card.

I used the Legendary Frame because its an "Enchant World."
Enchant World is a very old card type with the idea that an Enchant World would have such a heavy impact on the game, that at all times there can be only one enchant world card on the table.

into their owners’ graveyards. In the event of a tie for the shortest

I am quite proud of this card. It depicts either getting arrested or escaping prison depending on how much you pay. Additionally, you can pay different colors to mass arrest or mass escape.

@LHunter your Imprisonments Grasp is a really interesting and cool card, the only thing that triggers me a little is that Domain and the flavor text are not italicized. But all in all I love the idea of the card
I can’t italicize. It’s super annoying. I like that card. It’s fun. Give the panda offspring an ability or another panda when it enters. Good for panda tribal.

In 1990, on October 3rd, during the cold war between east and west, after the Berlin Wall that was dividing east and west germany, has fallen, east and west germany are united as one country again. At that day a country, divided for 45 years, is made whole again in a peaceful revolution.
interesting. That’s cool. I’m actually part German (just a wee bit), but I didn’t know this. It reminds me a lot of my card “the chroma crew.” It promotes peace and buffs all creatures when no one has attacked for a turn or two. If you like, I can send it.
‘tis a shame I am only a little bit German. I know a guy who is almost completely German, and aryan, too. We like to annoy him about knowing “Erica” by heart.
