@Scott_Anderson There are tons of cards that have the ability to untap artifacts that are artifacts themselves, I just wanted to give this card some kind of drawback restriction so it wouldn't be abused quite so badly. It's bad enough in a normal turn I think as it is, so no way should it mill during extra turns.

@Scott_Anderson the text should actually be worded like this:

When Cave Wisp enters the battlefield, target creature gains "{w}: This creature gains lifelink until end of turn."
