It felt very real to me as a creature that Urza would have created, and it fits well in the story line.

It's a strong but balanced midrange card in the right deck with a nice and probably accurate flavor because the feel also seems genuine that that person is related to Kari Zev's family.

They both involve with the number of elves on the field with a strong effect as well as a balanced mana cost for an elf card. As well as my favorite creature type for green.
