Offend us all contest (Warning: Offensive cards!)
Hello fellow cardsmiths, today I was searching youtube and ArtStation for the most offensive content because we like to understand unpopular views. So I wanted to see who can best offend us with the most horrifying card to look at.
The goal of this contest is to make the most offensive card ever, without breaking mtgcardsmith rules. By that I mean we want to see the most grim and disturbed cards we can find. So, hands up you little miscreants!
Prizes:
A) The top three cards' smiths will each get the following...
- A follow from us.
- 3 favorites of your own choice.
Note: If there is enough interest in this contest, we'll add more prizes to the pool.
Due date:
The due date for this contest is the 11th of September. Late entries won't be accepted since we want to keep our contests/challenges contained to their timeline.
Rules:
1) The card must be as offensive as possible.
2) The card must follow mtgcardsmith policies. (Eg. No nudity)
3) You may post up to five cards.
4) Cards can be edited as long as the due date hasn't passed.
5) Cards can be switched out as long as the due date hasn't passed.
6) Any number of old cards are allowed.
7) Make sure to credit the creator of the artwork on your cards.

Red Counterspell!!
Gotta love the red counterspell. I remember Guttural Response from back in the day.

I made this card later in honor of the most cool looking equipment you can get in RPGs.

I don't get why you're asking for offensive things?
It was mostly an experiment on thy part. We wanted to see how popular such a contest will be.
@fiskerton
The real world social kind.
Yes, basically.
Edit: Fixed and found a better picture
Give that guy a protection and an indestructibility and you would instantly win 99 percent of the game.
@Fallen_Lord_Vulganos that's part of the stereotyping too.
Edit: I mean just to be clear, I'm not trying to offend anyone. By nature of the contest, everything should be taken lightly as a joke. Its a contest of trying to be offensive through mtg. To me that sounds like telling racist jokes but in the form of cards.
Ok name changed.
I suppose. I mainly am looking at the quality of the cards and if they are offensive in some form.
So I'd say that counts, as transmutation is an offense against nature.
They don't actually have to be completely desensitized or pertain to a real group as that may be inline with being against mtgcardsmith rules, I'm just looking for cards that cover dark topics. Examples could include assault, torture, disfigurement, abuse or anything that could be triggering to a demographic. So long as it doesn't break mtgcardsmith terms of service, you're fine.
Most of the mtgcardsmith rules, cover things in the nature of nudity or imagery that is too graphic. (Eg. Real violence) But as long as your artwork follows typical WotC guidelines, it should be okay.
Keep in mind, this is a card game that features dismemberment, assault, torture and abuse of varying natures depending on the set theme.
Sorry, I missed that card looking through the comments. Fiskerton, I'd recommend keeping to subject matter more than actual groups. This is due to the topic of racism needing to be explored through artwork/theme of a different nature.
A perfect example for a card would be @Fallen_Lord_Vulganos card above, or an abusive orphanage as demonstrated in the image below.
Crovax slaying a chicken THOT card :
Thanks for not taking the cards too seriously. We thought this contest could be an interesting subversion of expectations and overall be a good change of pace for a bit.
Can you explain what a THOT card is, I'm not familiar with the term?
Edit: Corwinnn explained it to me, thanks for increasing our awareness!
