Alright, after many days of judging (and procrastination) I have the winners! I loved most of the entries so if yours didn't make the top 3, don't worry, yours was probably really good regardless.
#3- Stormlight Scarab, by @zizick123
I absolutely love the artwork for this card. While this card has a cool super prowess ability, it's simplistic and powerful and seems inherently Izzet. That I can't ignore, marvelous work.
#2- Millibrach Scavenger, by @AtlasXII
This one just SCREAMS annoying insect which is a total plus for Flavor. You put something on the bottom of your library (accurate representation of the cracks between my couch) and suddenly there's a giant bug on your hand. EWW. But seriously this card is pretty neat, the only suggestion I have for the card is that it's a card YOU own not a card you own and you control. Because if some steals something (say you're big creature) you can just put to the bottom of your library.
#1- Spider Familiar, by @Teacup
This card just oozes creepy. It's a small little spider that does relatively no harm (in 1 power) but scares people to kill it out of fear (deathtouch). Nice work, Teacup, excellent as always.
